We offer free ground shipping to addresses in Canada on orders over $50. Orders under this minimum are charged $7.95 for shipping plus applicable taxes.

Due to recent shipping changes, we are no longer able to ship internationally. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team with any questions.



For P.O. Box Addresses, shipping time is usually between 5 and 12 days, and it can vary according to the Canada Post availability.


During its journey, it is not uncommon for some gaps between tracking updates of a package. This is especially common during times of higher volumes with the couriers. Despite lapses in tracking, packages will still be in transit to you. However, if your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time provided above, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance within a maximum of 10 business days from the estimated delivery date. Please note: JC Write & Read Press representatives can only provide additional tracking information after the shipping time frame has been completed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


For a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirming further steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within two days if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
